Comprehensive Safety Training for Workers to Managers - Safety Academy
We believe construction site risks cannot be eliminated unless the people themselves change. To drive behavioral change, we operate a wide range of training programs, including risk assessment expert courses and worker-centered risk communication programs. To support these efforts, we established our own in-house safety training institute, the Safety Academy. Founded in 2015, the Safety Academy became the first certified training institution among construction companies in 2022. In April 2024, we expanded the facility to include emergency and earthquake simulation centers, enabling hands-on accident experience training and response training for disaster situations.

- Five themed experience rooms, two classrooms, and office spaces (Total area: 1,306.83㎡)

- Target Participants: Executives/PM, all employees of Samsung C&T, and employees of partner companies

- Emergency & Earthquake Simulation Center

- Practical training designed to help participants respond calmly during emergencies. (CPR, Heimlich maneuver, earthquake simulation, and impaired-driving (alcohol) simulation).

- Practical training on fire prevention inspections and evacuation procedures during fire, including subway fire evacuation drills, alarm and fire suppression systems, and everyday fire safety practices.
