Samsung C&T Construction Group systematically studies and analyzes worker’s unsafe behaviors to drive meaningful improvements in systems and operational frameworks.

To establish the adaptation of safe behaviors, behavioral observation techniques are applied to systematically observe and identify unsafe actions occurring at worksites. The identified cases are then analyzed to determine root causes from various perspectives, including the work environment, systems, and awareness.
The analysis results are reflected in systems and processes to strengthen the basis for preventing recurrence. In addition, continuous training and communication activities are carried out to support the establishment of safety practices at worksites.
